(PressMethod) - Gemba Research LLC, an internationally recognized consulting firm headquartered in Mukilteo, Washington, announces the expansion of its Lean and Six Sigma services to support the Public Sector and not-for-profit organizations. Gemba Research LLC will provide training and consulting to civil service agencies, other tax supported organizations, and not-profit institutions with the addition of Robert Reese as its Vice President for Public Sector.
Bob Reese brings over 31 years of experience in the Department of Defense to Gemba's staff. He recently served as the Commanding General of White Sands Missile Range, a Department of Defense test range located in New Mexico. His senior management and Lean experience will help leaders in the Public Sector transform their organizations to deal with increasing demands for higher quality and improved service, while facing declining budgets.
